Higher grade milk production dwindles

  The dampening effects of inclement weather on the production of higher grade milk and an increasing demand for dairy products made from lower grades, such as cheese and yogurt has provoked some to worry about the possibility of a long-term disruption to country’s supply of Grade A and B milk.
