Pycsa tax relief blamed on Public Works Ministry

Revenue Director Luis Prados yesterday said that the Ministry of Public Works was responsible for dismissing a complaint filed by the government claiming that Pycsa, the company which built the Corredor Norte, owes more than $7 million in back taxes.
