The Eólico Panamá-Atlántico project, will unite the efforts of German businessman Dirk Jesaitis, president of Wind 7 and ex-president of Germany's Wind Energy Association, with those of Panamanian engineer and president Aerogeneradores Cerro Azul, Antonio Clement. The company envisions making an initial investment in the project of $400 million during the next two years.
