Bus, taxis destroyed in gas station fire

A bus and two taxis were destroyed yesterday after a fiery crash at a gas station.

Fortunately, no one was injured in the blaze, which happened at 10:45 a.m. at the Texaco station in the area of Parque Lefevre.

Police said the bus collided with a taxi that was parked at the station. The collision pushed the taxi into a gas pump, starting the fire. The blaze consumed the two vehicles, as well as another taxi at the station.

The three drivers, as well as a passenger in one of the taxis, escaped uninjured.
